Private/Semi-Private Sessions
private/semi private sessions are 30 to 45 minutes long

Nutritional Consultation
- 15 to 20 Minute Consultation (Learn how to build lifetime habits)
Program Design
- Single Individualized Program (Can be used during the group classes)
Skill Session
- 15 to 20 Minute Session (Ideal for learning a movement)
Session packages must be purchased in full before beginning training.
Schedule
All classes must be signed up for the day before and are capped at 15 people.
